I'll get you all you want, if you'll have sex with me

When tempting a housemaid with gold to have a consensual sex relationship did not work, her employer allegedly raped her, the Dubai Criminal Court heard.

JWZ, Ethiopian testified before the prosecution that on May 5, AAS, 44, Emirati approached Al Jallaf Recruitment company in Ras Al Khaimah and agreed on recruiting her for his house in Dubai against Dh500 monthly salary. He brought her to his house at Hor Al Anz area in Dubai.

On May 16 he entered her room while she was ironing clothes and started chatting telling her that he has bought gold for his previous maid when she left as she used to obey all his requests including sex and asked her to act similarly and he will buy her whatever she wanted.

As she has refused his offer, he pulled her arm and twisted it so she fell on the floor. He raped her despite her her screams and begging not to do so. But there was nobody in the house to rescue her, she testified.

After he left her she went to the house’s yard and started screaming until the wife of their neighbour came and asked her about the problem.

JWZ also testified that prior to the incident, AAS used to molest her but she did not tell his wife as she was scared of him.

The forensic report stated that there were AAS’s sperms on the victim’s body as well as on the carpet in her room.

The report states that the maid was a virgin and her type of hymen allows an intercourse without getting ruptured.

AAS denied raping JWZ and claimed that he had incomplete consensual sex with her.

The court adjourned the case until next month.
