Indian wins dream car at DDF Tennis draw

Shaji John’s dream of owning a brand new car came true when his ticket no.0050 in Series no.1622 was picked as lucky winner of an Audi Q7 3.0T (Glacier White) at the Dubai Duty Free Tennis surprise draw after the awarding ceremony of the Men’s final.

The winning ticket was drawn by the World No. 4 and champion of the tournament, Stan Wawrinka, who claimed his first Dubai title.

John said, “I’m absolutely over the moon, I can’t believe I’ve won this fantastic car – it was the best news I’ve had in a long time. I’ll certainly turn a few heads driving around in this car in my hometown in Kerala, India. Thank you so much Dubai Duty Free!”

Stan Wawrinka was accompanied by George Horan, President of Dubai Duty Free, Sinead El Sibai, Vice-President – Marketing along with K. Rajaram, CEO, Al Nabooda Automobiles LLC and Enrico Atanasio, Brand Manager -Audi Middle East.
