Infant milk powder with insects added-on

A Saudi man who bought milk powder from a local pharmacy was about to fill the bottle and feed his little son when he abruptly stopped and stared in disbelief-the milk was full of insects.

The man from the western town of Taif said he had informed local authorities about the milk jar so they will investigate the incident. He did not mention its brand but said it was a “famous milk producing company.”

“This is absolutely a serious act of fraud and negligence on the part of that company since it is producing milk for children,” he said, quoted by the Arabic language daily Kabar.
