​Israel ‌and ​Lebanon have agreed to launch ⁠direct negotiations at a ‌mutually agreed-upon ‌time and place following ‌a ‌trilateral ‌meeting hosted ​by ‌the ​United ⁠States in ​Washington ⁠on Tuesday, ⁠the ⁠U.S. State Department said in a statement.
