Kuwait Airways suspends flights to Beirut

Kuwait Airways has announced the suspension of its flights to and from Beirut as of Thursday, April 12th, due to security considerations, until further notice, the Kuwaiti News Agency, KUNA reported.

The move is based on security alerts regarding the safety of air traffic over sisterly Lebanon and near the Lebanese airspace, the Kuwaiti flag carrier said in a statement on Wednesday night.
