Five men were in their car on a Saudi road when they stumbled across an injured man after his vehicle overturned.
Instead of taking him to hospital, they drove him to an isolated area and took turns raping him.
The man was lying on the road after suffering from light injury when the five passed by him. When they offered to take him to hospital, he immediately accepted.
“They took him to an isolated place where they raped him. They then drove him back to where he had an accident,” Sabq daily said in a report from the Northwestern Hail town.
It said police later arrested the five while the victim remained in hospital suffering from road injuries and rape trauma.
