Man smashes his luxury BMW M6 with hammer

The video of a German smashing his luxury BMW M6 has gone viral on You Tube, racking up over a million views since it was first published on September 14.

The video clip shows the owner of the car, smashing it with an axe, assisted by a friend who focuses on smashing the windows.

According to media reports, the man in the video, who lives in Italy, but was in Germany at the time and took his car to a service centre.

Unhappy with the service, and from this video evidence, his car as well, he took a hammer to it.

The German newspaper Bild quoted the man as saying: ‘BMW Italia and the Munich headquarters have pushed the responsibility back and forth. I have written BMW a letter – no response. Now I answer! With this action!’

Other online news sites reported that a BMW spokesman has said that the company would look into the case.
