Mohammed offers Eid Al Adha prayers
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, offered Eid Al Adha prayers on Tuesday at the Sheikh Rashid Mosque in Za'beel, Dubai.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai offered prayers along with Sheikh Mohammed.
Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Majed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, a number of Sheikhs and worshippers also offered prayers.
The Vice-President and audience listened to the Eid Al Adha sermon, where the preacher pointed out the importance of good morals and ‘Udhiyah Meat'’ on the first day of Eid.
Receives well-wishers at Za’abeel Palace
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai received Eid Al Adha well-wishers at Za’abeel Palace this morning.
Sheikh Mohammed received Federal National Council (FNC) Speaker Mohammed Ahmed Al Murr, ministers, senior officials in the UAE, citizens, members of Arab and Islamic communities in the UAE, Dubai Police Chief, senior police and Public Security officers in Dubai, the Director General of the Dubai Naturalization and Residency Department - Dubai (DNRD), DNRD’s senior officers, the Director General and officers of the General Directorate of Civil Defence- Dubai, high ranking officers from the Ministry of Defence and UAE Armed Forces senior officers who wished His Highness continued health and prosperity and stability for the people of the UAE under its wise leadership.
Present at the reception were Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai Deputy Ruler and Finance Minister Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum and Dubai Deputy Ruler Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum.
