“Obama drugs” seized in Kuwait

Kuwaiti police arrested a man for possessing more than 200 gm of drugs branded after the US president Barack Obama, the Arabic language daily Alanba reported on Thursday.

Police suspected that the unnamed Kuwaiti has resumed dealing in drugs nearly seven months after he was released from jail, it said.

“When they stormed his house, they found more than 200 gm of hashish and a shot gun…the hashish carried the brand name of Barack Obama,” the paper said, quoting a police officer.
