North western winds blowing at a speed of up to 50 km/h are expected to kick up dust in some eastern and western areas of the UAE on Friday, according to the National Centre for Meteorology and Seismology (NCMS).
Dusty and partly cloudy skies are expected along with rising humidity during the night in the western areas, the centre said in a statement.
The mercury will slightly drop with a maximum of 39 and 40 degree Celsius expected by the forecasters for Abu Dhabi and Dubai, respectively.
Moderate sea conditions are expected to prevail on Friday afternoon with waves between 1-3 feet high onshore and 3-7 feet high offshore.
