A 15-year-old high school student was raped by her 30-year-old text mate when they met in Barangay Mulawin, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan.
Police investigation revealed that Marian (not her real name) agreed to see her text-mate, RBE, at 10pm one night at a motorcycle shop near her place as he had something to give her.
When she arrived at their meeting place, Marian recounted to the police, he grabbed her and brought her into a banana plantation nearby where he raped her.
Afterwards, Marian told her mother about what happened, prompting the latter to seek help from authorities, according to a report on published in the tabloid Bulgar on Monday.
Police Superintendent Rainiel Valones, of the province of Bulacan, said rape charges are being prepared against him.
