18 naughty boys to get heads shaved in Kuwait

Kuwaiti authorities detained 18 boys for harassing people in public places and are planning to shave off their heads as a punishment, the Kuwait Arabic language newspaper Alanba reported on Wednesday.

The 18 teen agers from Kuwait and other Gulf countries were rounded up during a surprise police raid on Houli area in Kuwait City, the paper said.

“They are still in detention and their parents have been summoned,” it said, quoting a police official. “Shaving off their heads is the suitable punishment.”
