American held in Kuwait for drug possession

Kuwaiti police arrested an American man on his arrival from Thailand after they found drugs and liquor in his baggage, a newspaper reported on Monday.

Customs men suspecting the passenger decided to search his baggage, where they found a piece of marijuana and two bottles of whiskey.

“The whiskey was found in two bottles of water stuffed in the passenger’s bag. Police arrested the passenger on charges of possessing drugs and alcohol,” 'Al Watan' said.
