ATM gives electric shocks instead of cash

A Saudi man running out of cash went to the ATM machine at a bank in the Gulf Kingdom, inserted his card and started to type his PIN number. Instead of getting cash, he got an electric shock.

“I got an electric shock and it was so strong that I nearly lost my balance and fell. It seems rain water got into the machine,” Ahmed Al Anzi said.

“I think other clients got the same and I wonder why the bank does not take measures to prevent such dangerous accidents,” he told ‘Arar’ Arabic language newspaper in the northern Saudi town of Arar.
