Baby saved after swallowing coin

Doctors in Kuwait saved a seven-month-old baby after she swallowed a coin that blocked her respiratory system, Alqabas newspaper said on Tuesday.

The baby was playing with the coin at a camp park in Kuwait City on Friday before she put it in her mouth, the paper said.

“She was rushed to Jahra Hospital where she had urgent treatment…the coin was pulled out of her throat.”
