Briton wounded in shooting near Saudi airport

A British aircraft maintenance engineer was wounded after he was shot by a Saudi trainee at an aircraft repair and maintenance company near King Khalid airport in the capital Riyadh, the press reported on Thursday.

The incident took place on Monday, when the Saudi brought his gun and opened fire at his instructor following an argument, Sabq daily said.

“The British man was wounded after he was shot twice…he was rushed to hospital while the Saudi was arrested,” it said without identify the Briton.
