Camel gives birth to rare twins in Saudi

A female camel gave birth to twins in a normal delivery in Saudi Arabia and its owner said it was one of the rarest cases he has ever seen.
 
It was the second pregnancy by the camel in the central town of Qasseem and the owner, Ibrahim Al Otaibi, said he first could not believe his Sudanese farm worker when he phoned him about the twins on Thursday.
 
“I thought he was confused because a camel giving birth to twins is very rare…I sent another worker to the farm and he confirmed it…thanks God for this boon,” he said, quoted by the Saudi Arabic language daily Ajel.
