Car crash near aircraft at Riyadh airport

Two cars collided with each other just in front of a passenger aircraft at Riyadh Airport in Saudi Arabia and a local newspaper said it was caused by speed.

Sada Arabic language daily, quoting airport officials, said the accident involved an airport catering vehicle and a car belonging to the airport authority.

“The accident took place in front of a Saudia aircraft because of high speed and failure by the drivers to abide by airport regulations,” it said without giving further details.
