Child’s head caught in metal fender

A four-year-old Saudi boy faced the first real ordeal in his life when his head was caught inside the metal fender leading to the second floor in his house before he was saved by the civil defence, a newspaper reported on Saturday.

The boy was playing near the stairway when he put his head between two bars and could not pull it out, Okaz said.
Civil defence men used special tools to push off the bars and get the child’s head out, the paper added.
