A Qatari farmer went to a vet medical centre and bought medicine for a goat suffering from cough. Instead of getting better, all 12 goats died.
The man reported the incident to the Ministry of Environment, which told him the death was caused by the powder drug which he mixed with water.
“When he went back to that centre, the vet told him that the medicine he used is suitable only for chicken and that he was given the drug by mistake by another employee,” Sharq daily said.
