Doubting barber offers his skills… and body

Saudi Arabia’s religious police arrested an Arab barber for offering free hair cuts and his body to male customers. He told investigators that he had done so because he doubted his manhood.

Members of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice raided the barber shop in the western town of Makkah and arrested the 52-year-old man following a report by a Saudi customer.

“Many customers told police that the barber was offering them free hair cuts and shave if they sleep with him,” Sabq newspaper said on Tuesday.

“The barber was caught red handed after the Commission members set up a trap…he later confessed that he was doing so because he believes that he is ill and that he suspects himself to be a female.”
