Father beats 14-year old son to death

Saudi police arrested a local man accused of beating his 14-year-old son to death but they did not make clear how he beat him.

Police said they arrested the unnamed man after medical examination at a hospital in the eastern province of Ihsa showed his son was beaten up.

“We are investigating the father to know the reasons for beating his son and whether he used any object that caused the death,” police spokesman Lt Colonel Zaid Al Rakeeti said, quoted by the Arabic language daily Sabq.
