A Saudi man was hit by a truck on a motorway just after he managed to get out of his overturned car to call for help for his family trapped inside the vehicle.
Police arrested the truck driver for speeding while the Saudi was taken to hospital in a serious condition after suffering from fractures in various parts of his body.
The man was driving with his family on the motorway just outside the Western town of Madinah when he lost control, causing the car to overturn on the side of the road.
