Girl in men’s clothes caught driving in Saudi
Saudi Arabia’s feared Islamic police seized a girl wearing men’s clothes and driving a car in a speeding motorcade along with other Saudi men, a newspaper in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Monday.
Members of the Commission for the Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice chased the cars in the southern province of Asir after receiving complaints from residents, Sabq Arabic language daily said.
“After the chase, they managed to stop a Maxima car…when they checked its driver, they found that she was a woman wearing men’s clothes….she was arrested and taken away for investigation.”
