A Saudi hospital sacked 10 local female employees after they staged a dancing party to celebrate the Gulf Kingdom’s national day.
Health officials said they decided to sack the women from the gynecology and obstetrics hospital in the eastern region after they saw a film on Facebook showing the dancing party at the hospital.’
“This act was in violation of the health ministry’s regulations as they staged the party without prior permission,” Saudi newspapers said, quoting Tariq Al Salim, director of health affairs in the eastern region.
