A man, believed to be Ethiopian, was caught on camera smashing the window of a Jeep parked near a main street in Riyadh and making away with a bag.
A Saudi man said he captured the film with his mobile phone after he noticed the man was suspiciously standing near the vehicle.
The film, published by Sabq newspaper, showed the man smashing the car glass before pulling a bag out and walking away.
