Man files for damages against dog

A Kuwaiti driver who knocked over a dog in the middle of the road went straight to the police and filed for damages against the animal.

The unnamed man told police that the dog emerged from no where and jumped in front of his car while he was driving in Fuhaiheel area in Kuwait City, the Arabic language daily 'Al Watan' said on Thursday.

“He went to the police and filed for damages, saying the accident caused some scratches…the joke is that he is demanding the dog must bear the repair expenses.”
