Man kills brother over inheritance

A Saudi man stabbed his elder brother to death after a heated argument over property inheritance snowballed into a fight with knives, a newspaper in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Saturday.

The 59-year-old man and his 61-year-old brother exchanged verbal abuses in a public place in the western Red Sea port of Jeddah before they fought with fists then with knives, Kabar online Arabic language daily said.

“The younger brother stabbed his elder brother but he was also hurt…the sons of the elder brother rushed him to hospital but he died before arrival,” it said.
