Man kills son for disobedience

A Saudi father shot dead his son at their house in the Gulf Kingdom after he was fed up with his persistent disobedience, Sharq newspaper reported on Tuesday.

The unidentified father, in his 60s, pulled his machine gun and fired several shots at his 30-year-old son after a dispute at their house in the southern town of Sabya, the paper said, quoting police sources.

“The father then handed himself over to the police… he told them he killed his son because he had enough of his disobedience,” it said.
