Man reveals murder before fleeing Kuwait

A Kuwaiti man killed a Saudi then phoned his brother to tell him about the murder before fleeing the country, a newspaper reported on Monday.

“I killed a Saudi man. You will find his body in Wafra area,” the killer was reported as telling his brother by phone before fleeing Kuwait to an unknown destination.

The Arabic language daily 'Al Watan' said police searching Wafra found the decomposed body of the 29-year-old Saudi but could not find the murder weapon.

It said the unnamed Kuwaiti killed the Saudi following a financial dispute but gave no other details.
