Man's finger stuck in ring saved

Doctors at a Kuwaiti hospital told a man to approach civil defence to save his finger after they failed to take off a ring stuck in his finger for two days.

The man decided to go to hospital after struggling for two days to remove the ring, which caused numbness in his finger.

"Doctors asked the man to go quickly to the civil defence for help…there, a cutting machine was used to take the ring off and cause blood to flow again in the finger,"the Arabic language daily 'Al Watan' said.
