Man to get 20 lashes for abusing manager

A Saudi court ordered a local man lashed 20 times with the whip on charges of swearing at his manager in a charity company.

The unnamed man, infuriated by his manager, shouted in his face and said to him :”are you drugged,” according to Sabq Arabic language daily.

“The court sentenced the man to two days in jail and ordered him lashed 20 times for saying that word to his manager in front of other employees,” it said in a report from the northeastern town of Rafha.
