Nine month jail for filming bathing woman

A Saudi court sentenced a local man to nine months in prison and 150 lashes for filming a neighbouring woman while having a bath, a local daily said Tuesday.

The unnamed man confessed to court that he climbed up the wall of his neighbours in Makkah and used his mobile phone to photograph the woman.

The papers said the man, in his 30s, was seized after other neighbours phoned the police when they saw him sneaking up to the top of the wall.
