Nurse accuses doctor of rape attempt

Kuwaiti authorities arrested a local doctor after a complaint by a nurse that he tried to rape her inside a clinic, the Arabic language daily 'Alanba' reported on Saturday.

The 27-year-old Arab nurse said she was alone inside a room in the clinic in Kuwait City when the unnamed doctor, a Bidoun (without identity), entered and touched her, the paper said.

“He asked me to have sex with him….then he came close and tried to rape me,” the paper quoted the nurse as telling police.
