Preparatory-class Iraqi boy ends life

An Iraqi teen age boy committed a suicide by hanging himself at his home in the conflict-battered Arab country, a news agency reported on Monday.

The boy was found hanging in the bed room at his house in the southern Dhi Qar governorate and police were investigating his motives, Al Nasiriyya said.

It did not identify the boy or mention his age but said he was a preparatory class student at a local school.
