Saudi clothes shop with male staff 'bans men'

Shoppers in a Saudi market were surprised to find that men are not allowed to enter an abaya (women’s gown) shop although all its workers are men.

A Saudi man said he felt curious when he saw a signboard at the shop’s front saying: 'No entry for men', adding that he decided to go into the shop to check.

“I went into the shop and started to film them when I saw that all the workers are men, who stopped me from filming and told me to get out,” the man told Ajel newspaper in a report from the southern town of Baha.
