Saudi customs send papers in 'barley bags'

Saudi Arabia’s customs department is sending official documents to its offices through the Gulf Kingdom inside barely bags, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.

'Ajel' said employees at border points and other customs offices in Saudi Arabia were surprised to find that a shipment of barely bags contained official papers sent this week by the headquarters in the capital Riyadh.

“Many employees said they were surprised by the shipment since it contained important official documents. They said the documents had previously been sent inside special stamped official bags,” the paper said.
