Saudi wife's invite for husband's wedding

Friends of a Saudi woman got a shock when they received a card inviting them to the wedding of her husband, a newspaper reported on Wednesday.

The woman, who was not identified, mentioned the place and date for the wedding party, triggering surprise reactions by viewers on social networks, Sada said.

“Those who saw the invitation on social networks were surprised. Some believe that she did so after an agreement with her husband while others believe she wanted to show that she did not care for her husband,” said the paper, which published a copy of the invitation card.
