Sheep sold for Dh1m in Saudi Arabia

A sheep of rare breed was sold for SRone million (Dhone million) in Saudi Arabia while two of his little sons also fetched SR250,000 (Dh250,000) each.

The two-year-old sheep of the 'Al Harri' breed was bought by well-known Saudi farmer Saud Al Tajil, who also bought the ram’s two kids aged six months.

“I paid all this money for these sheep because they are of rare breed and will help me increase my livestock production,” he told Al Hayat daily.
