Shepherd in hospital after camel attack

A Sudanese shepherd was rushed to hospital after he was attacked by a mad camel and doctors said he suffered from fractures and ruptures in the shoulder.

Newspapers said the shepherd was with his camels in the western Saudi town of Alqunfudah when the animal went mad and attacked him.

“The camel bit the man by his right shoulder, lifted him high by his teeth and threw him on the ground,” Sabq daily said.
