Soldier kills colleague after argument

A Saudi soldier pulled his gun and sprayed his colleague with four bullets following an argument, killing him instantly, newspapers in the Gulf Kingdom reported on Wednesday.

The soldier, 27, confessed to police that he shot the 29-year-old corporal after a heated argument at their base in the southern province of Khamis Mushait, they said.

Police arrested the unnamed soldier and are still investigating the incident, they papers added.
