Son sees mother with lover, stabs her

An Egyptian young man killed his mother because she was involved in an illicit relationship, the ‘Dostor’ newspaper has reported.

According to the report, the police opened an investigation after receiving a complaint from the woman’s husband that his wife was not home for three days.

Investigations revealed that the 40-year-old victim is chairman of a University hospital nursing programme.

The victim's son, identified as Mohammed. A, unemployed, claims he saw his mother twice in an indecent manner with her lover inside an apartment.

The killer planned his revenge for his honor and went to his mothers’ flat and stabbed her to death, according to the police.
