Thief gets child out and steals car

A thief targeting a car whose driver has just stepped into a shop in Kuwait was not deterred when he got into the vehicle and saw a six-year-old boy sat inside. He simply asked him to get out and drove away.

When the father returned a few minutes later, he found that his son was sitting on the sidewalk with no trace of his car, Alwatan newspaper reported.

Police said they have launched a manhunt for the thief, who stole the car in a busy area in Kuwait City.
