Two men capture Dh211,000 falcon

Two Saudi men on a hunting trip outside their village captured a rare falcon alive and immediately sold it for SR211,000 (Dh211,000).

Hamoud Al Thaalabi and Musab Al Zahrani said they caught the falcon on a mountain just outside their village near the western Saudi town of Lith.

“They went straight to the falcon auction in Shaabiya in Lith and sold the falcon for SR211,000,” the Arabic language daily Sabq said.
