UN nuclear monitors to visit Iran late Jan

Senior UN nuclear officials will visit Iran from January 29 to 31, the Islamic state's envoy to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) said on Tuesday.

Vienna-based diplomats last week said the IAEA team was expected to travel to Tehran later this month, seeking explanations on concerns that Iran may be trying to develop nuclear weapons capability.
