A Kuwaiti newspaper on Thursday published what it said was a film of a falling cloud taken by a local man in the Gulf emirate.
Al Anba said the man was passing through that area when he came across white patch that was swaying and scattering by the wind.
“The man who shot the picture said it was a cloud which had fallen from the sky,” the paper said.
