Video: Man smashes cars on Kuwaiti road

A Kuwaiti man used a metal bar to smash the glass of several cars parked on a busy street in the oil-rich Gulf emirate before he was arrested.

A YouTube film published by 'Al Watan' daily showed the man, wearing a head scarf, attacked several vehicles on the road as scores of people looked on.

The paper said police later arrested the man, who told them that he had warned drivers not to park their cars in the middle of the road.
