Iraqi doctors succeeded in removing a massive spanner from a man’s throat after he swallowed it by accident.

A YouTube film posted on social networks showed doctors using several tools and struggling to pull the spanner out.

Doctors and nurses clapped after the spanner was removed from the man’s throat at a hospital in Iraq. It was not clear where in Iraq the film was shot.
