Video: Women attempt to rob shop in Egypt

Three women went into a shop apparently with a plan to steal but the operation failed after they were discovered by the owner.

A YouTube film published in local newspapers showed the women, wearing head scarves, tried in turn to detract the attention of the owner before one of them picked an item and dumped it stealthily into her bag.

Moments later, the suspicious owner shut the door and asked them to return the loot. The report did not say where in Egypt the film was taken.
