Woman has quadruplets after 7-year infertility

A Syrian woman gave birth to quadruplets following artificial insemination to treat her of infertility she has suffered for nearly seven years.

The four boys were born in a Cesarean operation at a government hospital in the southern town of Abha, where the woman’s husband works as a doctor.

The four are in good health and weighed between 950 and 1,000 gm each at birth, according to the Saudi Arabic language daily Ajel.

It said the unidentified woman, in her 30s, had given birth to one baby in a Cesarean section before suffering from infertility as a result of a medical error.
